Corn Relish

Ingredients

Prepare home canning jars and lids according to manufactures directions. Combine sugar, onions, water, vinegar and corn relish mix. Bring to a boil. Add corn and simmer for 5 minutes. Pack relish into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Wipe rim clean. Place on lid and screw band down evenly and firmly. Do Not use excessive force. Process 15 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.

Yield; About 7 pints.
