Banana Bits
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Dissolve bouillon cup in 1/2 cup hot water. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Use a 21/2 inch bone shaped cookie cutter (or any cookie cutter you prefer). Bake for 30 minutes in a 300 degree oven on ungreased cookie sheets.
