Beef Crescent Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 can minestrone or tomato soup
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion and salt; drain. Stir in
oregano, pepper, ketchup and soup. Simmer 5 minutes.
Unroll crescent rolls. Place dough in a greased 9x13-inch
pan and pinch perforations together. Spoon meat mixture
into pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375F degrees for
18-22 minutes.
