Beef Noodle Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 whole green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped
- 6 ozs. wide egg noodles, cooked
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, green onions, peppers and garlic in a skillet; drain fat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together melted butter, sour cream, and cheese. Add meat and sour cream mixture to cooked and drained noodles. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned on top.
