Camp Stew
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 pounds browned ground beef
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 32 ozs. creamed corn
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 32 ozs. ketchup
- 32 ozs. whole tomatoes
Directions
Mix it all up in a pot and simmer for an hour. Stir often. Add salt
and pepper to taste. Feeds about 6 people.
