Four Pasta Beef Bake
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups pasta 4 different shapes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 14 ozs. spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and drain and place in a large bowl. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms over medium heat. Drain over excess fat. Add beef mixture to pasta, spaghetti sauce and egg. Mix well. Transfer to a greased 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
