Jim's Meatballs
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, pork, and veal, meatloaf mix
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 slices white bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Soak bread in milk for 10 minutes. Squeeze as much milk out of the bread as possible. Add all other ingredients to bread and mix well. Shape into meatballs and fry in a little olive oil until browned on all sides. Add meatballs to your favorite sauce and cook until done.
