Mason City Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, raw
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 pound Tater Tots
- can cream of chicken soup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Press raw ground beef into a greased cake pan or small casserole dish. We often skip the minced onion which can be put in next. Cover with frozen Tator Tots. Spread the can of soup over the top and bake for 90 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled.
