Beef & Bean Casserole
Serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 16 oz. green beans, drained
- 16 oz can red kidney beans
- 16 oz can pork and beans
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Brown beef in Dutch oven until no longer pink;
drain. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a greased 3-quart
casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
