Noodles Florentine
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 ozs. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese,
sour cream, salt, tabasco, basil and thyme. Stir in noodles.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a small bowl,
combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
