German Potato Salad

Ingredients

Fry the bacon in the cooker until crisp, remove, drain on paper towel and crumble. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings and wipe out cooker. In a small bowl combine sugar, vinegar, mustard, and reserved bacon drippings. Pour 1 3/4 cups of water in the cooker. Arrange the potatoes and onions in layers in the cooker basket, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper, celery seed, crumbled bacon, and the vinegar mustard mixture. Lower the basket into the cooker, close lid, and bring up to pressure. Process for 2 minutes. Release pressure by cold water method. Serve
