Green Beans with Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 4 slices bacon cut in 1/2 inch strips
- 1 small onion sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Over medium high heat, saute bacon until cooked but not browned. Add all other ingredients, close lid and process for 5 minutes. Cool by cold water method.
