Hamburger Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 celery stalk sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium potatoes cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 can 16 ozs. diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup barley, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown hambuger in 2 tablespoons of oil. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Close lid and process for 10 minutes. Reduce pressure by cold water method.
