Boston Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound white beans -- dried
- 1/4 pound bacon -- cut 1 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 medium onion -- quartered
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 whole bay leaf
Soak the beans in cold water overnite. Drain Heat the
cooker and brown the bacon. Pour off most of the fat.
Add all other ingredients, close lid and bring up to pressure.
Process for 25 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid.
Salt and pepper to taste, remove bay leaf.
