KFC Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 cups Crisco cooking oil
- 1 whole egg, slightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoonsblack pepper
- 1 teaspoon accent seasoning mix
- 1 whole chicken fryer, cut-up
Pour oil in pressure cooker and heat over medium heat to about 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine egg and milk. In another bowl combine the remaining 4 dry ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk until fully moistened. Roll moistened chicken in the flour mixture until completely coated. In groups of four or five drop chicken into oil and lock lid in place. Process for 10 minutes. Release pressure and remove chicken to paper towels to drain. Repeat process for remaining chicken.
