Manhattan Clam Chowder

Ingredients

Saute bacon in the cooker until it has rendered its fat. Add the onion, garlic, and green pepper and cook until the green pepper is softened. Stir in flour, then add potato, celery, tomatoes, claam juice, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Close the lid and bring up to pressure. Process for 5 minutes. Release pressure and open up the lid. Discard bay leaf. Stir in the minced clams and serve.
