Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 pounds cut-up chicken
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
In a saucepan combine orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and mustard. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Rub chicken pieces with curry powder and sprinkle with salt. Add chicken to pressure cooker. Pour sauce over chicken. Close lid and and process for 10 minutes. Release pressure by cold water technique. Remove lid and add orange segments to sauce. Let sit for a couple of minutes to warm the oranges. Serve with white rice.
