Pork Chop Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Heat oil in cooker. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and brown chops on both sides. Remove to platter. Add chicken stock to cooker, scraping up any stuck particles. Layer half of the potatoes and onion slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place a bay leaf on top. Arrange chops over potatoes and top with a bay leaf. Cover chops with remaining potatoes and onion slices, again season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour in the chicken broth and top with another bay leaf. Close lid and bring up to pressure. Process for 10 minutes. Release pressure, open lid and remove bay leaves.
