Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3 pounds spareribs, cut into 3 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
In a small bowl combine the first 10 ingredients to make the sauce. Heat oil in the cooker and add as many ribs at a time as will comfortably fit, and brown well. Pour off fat, then stir in sauce. Close lid and bring up to pressure. Process for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure by the cold water method. Serve
