Chicken Caccitore

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds chicken breast -- cut 3 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 14 ounces mushroom -- sliced
- 1 large onion -- minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 bunch basil -- chopped
- 1 small tomato paste -- canned
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
In the cooker add olive ol and brown chicken breasts
on all sides, then add the rest of the ingredients. Close
the lid and bring up to pressure. Process for 12 minutes.
Release pressure by the cold water method. Serve with pasta.
