Chicken Tarragon

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken parts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 6 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
Remove skin from chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in pressure cooker. Add mushrooms with their liquid and onions. Add chicken broth or water. Close pressure cooker and bring up to pressure. Process for 10 minutes. Release pressure using cold water technique. Thicken juices if desired.
