Pineapple Citrus Punch
Makes 7 cups
Ingredients
- One 12 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Two 7 oz. bottles ginger ale, chilled
Mix juices, honey, and cherry juice. Chill. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add vanilla ice cream in small spoonfuls. Carefully pour ginger ale down the side of the punch bowl.
