Apple Blush
Makes 9 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider or juice
- One 12 oz. can apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grenadine syrup
- One 12 oz. bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 1 pint lemon sherbert
Combine juices and grenadine; Chill. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Carefully pour ginger ale down the side of the bowl. Float scoops of lemon sherbert.
