Cranberry-Cherry Punch
Serves 20 to 25
Ingredients
- One 3 oz. package cherry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- One 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 quart bottle cranberry juice, chilled
- One 12 oz. bottle of ginger ale
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade concentrate. Add cold water and cranberry juice. Place 2 trays of ice cubes or molded ice ring in large punch bowl. Pour fruit juices over ice. Resting bottle on rim of punch bowl, carefully pour ginger ale down the side. Mix with up and down motion. If desired, add scoops of fruit flavored sherbert.
