Creamy Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk, adding ginger last. If you want even more zing, add a little more lime juice. Chill for at least 15 minutes. Drizzle over fresh fruit and serve. Yields: 1 cup
