Chicken Nuggets
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- oil for frying
Directions
In a bag combine the first six ingredients. Pound chicken
breasts to 1/2 inch thick and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place
chicken pieces, a few at a time into the bag and shake to coat.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken turning frequently until
golden brown and the juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes.
