Deviled Eggs Provencale
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
Directions
Mash egg yolks; mix smoothly with mayonnaise, anchovy paste, and mustard. Mix in pepper. Mound egg yolk mixture in egg whites. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (up to 8 hours).
