Devils On Horseback

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 container chicken livers
2 tablespoons butter
12 slices of bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Gently saute chicken livers in butter until brown. Do not over cook. Lay a piece of bacon flat and stretch smooth with the back of a knife. Wrap a piece of bacon around a chicken liver and secure with a toothpick. Place liver bundles on a cookie sheet and bake until bacon gets crispy.
