Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Pate
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 3 ozs. jarred sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 4 ozs. goat cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 8 slices fresh french bread
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl combine tomatoes, goat cheese, and thyme. Lightly toast French bread and spread with tomato mixture. Top with parsley and serve.
