Hot Crab Dip

Remove cartilage from crab meat. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of milk to make a creamy mixture. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Fold in crab meat into cream cheese mixture. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top, bake at 325 until mixture is bubbly and top is lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers. Makes about 4 cups.
