Marinated Mushrooms
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon or oregano
Directions
Cut ends from fresh mushrooms, save for later use. Wash dry
and slice if desired and place in a bowl. Mix remaining
ingredients and add to mushrooms. Toss to coat. Let stand at room
temperature for at least 2 hours.
