Mushroom Pizza Rounds
Serves 10
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough french bread, cut into thin slices
- 6 ozs. tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- dash chili powder
- 6 large mushrooms sliced thinly
- 6 ozs. grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
Directions
Mix tomato paste, water and seasonings. Lightly brown bread on
one side. Spread a small amount of tomato mixture on unbrowned
side. Lay sliced vegetables on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil until cheese melts and begins to brown. Serve hot.
