Party Stuffed Pinwheels

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 envelope Liptons Ranch soup mix
8 ozs. cream cheese, soften
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 packages refridgerated pizza crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except pizza crust. Unroll pizza crusts, then evenly top with filling. Roll, starting at longest side, jelly-roll style. Place roll in freezer for about 15 minutes to firm it up before cutting. Remove from freezer and cut into 32 rounds. On a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange rounds cut side down. Bake uncovered for about 13 minutes or until golden brown.
