Pineapple Cheese Ball
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Directions
Cream cheese with fork. Stir in all ingredients reserving 1
cup of chopped nuts. Chill for about 2 hours. Then roll into a
ball and then roll into remaining chopped nuts. Serve with
crackers. Makes 1 8 inch ball or 2 small balls.
