Broiled Tomatoes with Horseradish
Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Thinly slice the top and bottom of each tomato so it will lay flat. Then slice the tomatoes in half. Combine crumbs, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and paprika. Spread mixture over tomato halves. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese. Place on a broiler pan; broil 3 inches from heat 3-5 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
