Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Directions
In a skillet or deep fryer, deep fry wings until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. In a large saucepan, melt butter/margarine, add vinegar and hot sauce. Add cooked wings and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat, stirring to coat. The longer the wings simmer in sauce, the hotter they will be.
