Chicken Glaze
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 pounds Chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Split or butterfly 1 chicken. Combine ingredients and marinate chicken for a couple hours. Grill chicken on barbecue using glaze for basting.
