Dijon Glaze with Pineapple
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 20 oz crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
Directions
In a small bowl, blend syrup, mustard, and brown sugar. Reserve 1/4 of this to brush over ham during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine remaing glaze, pineapple and cornstarch over medium heat and cook until mixture thickens. Boil for 1 minute. Serve warm with ham.
