Five-Spice Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 2 Tbs fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 Tbs chili oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a self sealing bag to combine. Add meat and refrigerate overnite. Discard any leftover marinade.
