Apricot Basting Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingrdients in a saucepan and heat until jam is melted, stirring often. Use as a basting sauce on grilled meats.
