Steak Diana
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cube steaks, 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 6 ounces mushroom pieces
- 1 tablespoon worcetershire sauce
Directions
Melt butter in a heavy skillet, add steaks and saute quickly on both sides until brown. Add remaining ingredients and heat thrrough. Serve sauce over steaks.
