Mustard Coated Flank Steak
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons crumbled thyme
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds flank steak
Directions
Mix all ingredients except beef in a small bowl. Put steaks on a large plate or lasagna dish and marinate covered for at least 6 hours or overnight, in refrigerator. Cook over hot grill for about 6 minutes for each side (for medium rare). Transfer to cutting board. Tent with foil to keep warm if needed. Cut steaks diagonally across grain into 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick slices. Enjoy!
