Chili Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cans Condensed Soup
- 1 15 oz. can Vegetable
- 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Garnish

In a 4 quart dutch oven over medium heat, cook MEAT, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, stirring often to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in SOUP, VEGETABLE and its liquid, chili powder and vinegar. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring often. Ladle into soup bowls and GARNISH.
