Country Style Rib and Bean Bake
Ingredients
- 4 pork country-style ribs
- 14 oz baked beans
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 14 oz potatoes, canned, whole
Directions
Combine beans, onions, and barbecue sauce and place in a casserole dish. Add ribs and cover them with the beans. Drain the potatoes and arrange them in the casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. The meat will fall off the bones and very tender.
