Hawaiian-Style Spareribs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork sparerib, R-T-C
- Marinade
- 2 Tbs ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
- 1 1/2 Tbs brown sugar, packed
- 3 Tbs pineapple juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions
Parboil ribs, drain. Cut into serving pieces. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over ribs. Let stand at least 1 hour, turning occasionally several times. Preheat grill. Grill over medium for about 45 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Bast often with marinade juice.
