Peachy Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
- 16 oz peach slices in light syrup, undrained
- 2 Tbs peach preserves
- 2 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine peaches, preserves, mustard and worcestershire sauce in medium bowl. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Season chops with pepper. Add chops to skillet; brown chops on both sides. Add peach mixture to skillet; reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes. Serve with peach mixture.
