Peppered Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 6 pork chops
- picante sauce
Directions
In a bowl, combine white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper. Rub the surfaces of each chop with about 1 teaspoon of the pepper mixture, distributing evenly. Place chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 20 to 35 minutes total, or until done, turning once. Serve with picante sauce. Also great on the grill.
