Bachelor Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 Rib Pork Chops
- 1 Tbs salt, plus 1 tsp
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 15 oz Italian Plum Tomatoes, canned, undrained
- 2 Medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
Trim chops of all excess fat. Combine salt, basil and oregano, rub seasoning into the chops thoroughly. Place the tomatoes and juice in shallow baking pan, (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Add layer of onions. Place the seasoned chops on top. Drizzle olive oil over the chops. Place pan in F degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
