Basic Pasta Dough
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, eggs, and 1/4 cup of water to make a stiff dough. On a well floured surface, knead dough until smooth and not sticky. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let it rest 30 minutes. Roll out dough for pasta cutting machine. Cut pasta accordingly and dust with flour to prevent sticking.
