Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 small onion finely minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 8 ozs. mushrooms sliced thin
- 8 ozs. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, crumbled
Directions
Heat butter. Add onion and garlic and brown. Add mushrooms. Cook until softened. Add the cream cheese and milk. Heat and stir until incorporated and smooth. Season, add rosemary. Toss with fresh pasta.
